New product review!!! Jamberry

What is Jamberry, you ask? They are high quality, vinyl, heat and pressure sealed nail wraps that last for weeks, at a fraction of the cost of a salon visit! No harsh chemicals, chipped polish, or damage to your natural nail. There are over 350 adorable style options! One sheet of nail wraps will give you up to 2 manis and 2 pedis!!

The other day I received a sample sheet of these adorable nail wraps!!  I've had the chance to try them out and y'all already know I'm going to give my honest opinion.  So,  this is what my sample sheet looked like....

These designs are just too cute!! Right!?  I was excited to try it out!  The application method was pretty easy.  The only thing I thought was a downfall was the fact that you need so many tools.  It isn't hard,  just seems like allot lol.

The first manicure I did was using this pretty cheetah print

Please,  don't mind my color blocking technique.... This was my first ever(freehanded)

On my right hand,  I did just pink with the cheetah.... It was cute as well:)

The wrap on my right hand felt real rough from the filing and the wrap had started to peel up on the tip.
To me,  I was thinking RED FLAG!!!! Right?!  I contacted my consultant and we talked about how I applied them and she suggested some things I could try.  She was totally sweet and understanding!  I removed that manicure. Which was soooooooo simple!! (another pro)

For my second manicure I did this pretty Victorian wrap as an accent nail.

Added a few lil tricks to this application.  My finished Mani was really cute

But,  I had a problem with the tip again

Now I'm thinking,  great!  They don't work and I really liked them.  So,  I contacted my consultant yet again.  She was so helpful and wanted to find out what was going on as much as I did!!!  So,  I got some more pointers and I told myself... One more time,  if it doesn't work.... I'm done!!

This time I decided to do all my nails(but 1) with the wraps

Guess what!!!  I'm in love!  They turned out so cute!  I did this manicure a few hours ago and so far....... NO PEELING!  I've done dishes and laundry too!

This is my new favorite thing!!

Here are some good things to know about jamberries. But I have to tell you my two fave reasons: no dry time and your right hand looks just as good as your left!

Here are some examples:

#Manicmonday

Today is #manicmonday!! Hey y'all! How was your weekend? Mine was alright. My birthday went ok. Was with my kids and a couple of friends came by.  I also returned my laptop.😞 no, i didn't want to, but, it was the right decision. That was just a bunch of money spent on something i just don't have to have at the moment. I pray I'll be able to get it back soon, but, right now just wasn't the right time. That's just one of them things us mom's just have to do sometimes.  Ya know? And you know what, i am very proud of myself for being able to do that. With my bipolar, i used to not think of things and what will happen in the long run. I believe i have become so much better being responsible financially!!!! That was always the bad thing off being manic! Not being able to control my spending habits!! I am so thankful I'm getting stronger and able to control that more.

My son came up on weds and yesterday i had to drive him back home to Columbus!! This really is sad to me. I barely get to see him because of his football. I have to really appreciate the time i do get with him! I love my son and I'm beyond proud of him. He got to go to Atlanta this past week for the rising seniors bowl. He was the one player from his high school that was chosen. He told me it was a cool thing. They got to play football, had workshops on life after football and things to think about for collage and they painted pictures for the hospital!!

My baby is grown
Play ball
Learning
Working hard

As i was saying earlier, my bday was ok. I did get too spend it with the ones i love, and that's fine by me. We had spaghetti for dinner(my fave) and just chilled at the house. My 17 year old son used to always be rocked as a baby, so, i attempted to rock his big ole butt,  yea. That didn't work! Then ALL of my kids decided to see if i could hold em all!

Rocking my baby
Ion know why she grabbed his boobs lol
Ooommmmmmmmmmm

Then my friends shae and allyssa came by. I don't drink, but they do, and it was so funny watching my friend shae take like 30 mins to take a shot! Lol then we went and grabbed milkshakes right before midnight!

Then on Sunday, me and my lil squad loaded up to head to Columbus to take my son home. I hope i get too see him soon!

So, what all did you do this weekend??

I love being a mom

I love being a mom. It's not the easiest job, but it's the most rewarding. Just to see how your children grow into these tiny adults!!

Today was just an example of how proud of the young man Dakota has become.

As Y'all know, a couple of weeks ago, someone stole my purse. Well, i am still waiting on my new cards...so, for the moment, i can't get to my extra money. Which sucks!! All week I've been watching for that FedEx truck....and nothing!! I've been talking to my son, he totally gets the situation and has told me numerous times that he is cool if he gets his birthday late. But who wants to get absolutely nothing on their birthday??

You know? one of my biggest fears in life is somehow letting my children down or disappointing them! It's our jobs as mothers to raise our kids up...not bring them down.

My daughter and i only had about 22.00 in cash. I told her we should do something....even a card. Well, we decided to just go get a bunch of balloons to throw in his room, picked up a few pizzas, and a cookie cake(thanks to some sweet friends).

My son was totally surprised!! And he was very very happy. Even without an actual gift! I am so thankful that my children would rather be with their family over materialistic things.

And this is just one of the things that makes me proud to be this kid's mom!

Balloons all in his room

We told my grandson in the truck on the ride home that if he touched the balloons, they would pop! He crawled beneath them for awhile after We unloaded them😂😂😂

We had a pizza picnic

We got beat up by Karsyn with balloons lol

My baby is  growing up way to fast. But, i don't care how old he gets....I'll always see him as my lil boy....

Happy 12th birthday bubs!! I love you! You never fail to amaze me!

maybe its selfish, but, I'm thankful that...

that my daughter got stuck at my house until tomorrow(Thanksgiving)!! last year i didn't get to see her our my grandson on Thanksgiving, so... yes... I'm very thankful for that!

another reason I'm thankful...

our lil town does this cool Christmas thing the week of Thanksgiving. we had already decided not to go because my son is just to old for all the activities. BUT, since karsyn was here...we got to go!! it was so nice to see the magic of Christmas in a small child's eyes!
he got to see some characters...
we got to see the lights...
we played in"snow"
we took pictures in reindeer
we had so much fun my son even joined in
letters to Santa
karsyn even sat on Santas donkey lol
i am so thankful for my daughter& grandson
and I'm so thankful for my lil family
what are you really thankful for this year?
